Agreement
By accessing or using the Amplify Intelligence website (amplifyintelligence.io), subscribing to the Intelligence Briefing, enrolling in any programme, or purchasing any digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms are between you and Amplify Intelligence Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with registered address at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
Services
Amplify Intelligence provides:
- Frameworks and methodologies for human-first AI adoption (including Amplify OS™)
- Programmes, mentorships, and training (delivered directly or through partners)
- Digital products including Amplify Hub (prompts, GPTs, pathways, and toolkits)
- The Intelligence Briefing (weekly newsletter)
- Speaking, workshops, and consulting engagements
- Published content including articles, frameworks, and the forthcoming book
Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, frameworks, and materials published or delivered by Amplify Intelligence are the property of Amplify Intelligence Group Ltd unless otherwise stated. This includes but is not limited to:
- Amplify OS™ — the operating system framework (Self, Systems, Strategy)
- The Four Capacities Framework — Presence, Pattern, Production, Partnership
- The S³ Framework — Stop, Systemize, Succeed
- Amplify Hub — all prompts, pathways, GPTs, and toolkits
- All website content, design, and brand assets
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent. Personal use within the scope of a purchased programme or product is permitted.
Programme Enrolment
Some programmes are delivered through strategic partners (such as Coaching.com). In those cases, the partner's enrolment terms, payment terms, and refund policies may apply in addition to these terms.
For programmes delivered directly by Amplify Intelligence, specific terms (including payment schedules, refund policies, and delivery commitments) will be provided at the time of enrolment.
Digital Products
Digital products (including Amplify Hub content) are licensed for personal and professional use by the purchaser only. Sharing access credentials, redistributing materials, or reselling products is prohibited unless explicitly authorised.
Newsletter
By subscribing to the Intelligence Briefing, you consent to receive weekly emails from Amplify Intelligence. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email. We will not sell or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.
AI Disclaimer
Amplify Intelligence uses AI tools in the creation and delivery of its services (see our AI Policy for details). We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of outputs generated by third-party AI tools. All AI-assisted work is reviewed by humans before publication or delivery.
No Professional Advice
Our services provide education, frameworks, and strategic guidance. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and their consequences. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, cost savings, or results from using our frameworks, programmes, or products. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients and subscribers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
