Our Philosophy
AI is a tool for amplification, not replacement.
Amplify Intelligence exists to build the human-first standard for AI adoption. We use AI to enhance human capability, never to substitute human judgment, wisdom, or authentic voice. This policy describes how we apply that principle in practice.
We will never use AI to:
- Replace human connection, coaching, or mentorship
- Automate decisions that require wisdom, intuition, or lived experience
- Generate content that is published without human review and approval
- Process sensitive or confidential data without appropriate safeguards
- Create false impressions of human involvement where AI was used
How We Use AI in Operations
Content and Communications
AI assists with drafting, research, and ideation for articles, frameworks, programme materials, and documentation. All externally published content is reviewed, edited, and approved by a human before publication. The voice, perspective, and editorial judgment are always human.
Research and Analysis
AI helps synthesise information, identify patterns, and support strategic thinking. Human judgment is retained as the final authority on all analysis and recommendations.
Administrative Tasks
AI supports scheduling, email drafting, documentation, and operational workflows. This reduces administrative burden and allows us to focus resources on client-facing and creative work.
How We Use AI in Client Delivery
Programme Development
AI assists with curriculum design, resource creation, and framework development. All methodologies — including Amplify OS™, the Four Capacities Framework, and the S³ Framework — are human-designed and human-refined. AI accelerates production; it does not originate the thinking.
Client Sessions
AI tools may support transcription (with consent), background research, and documentation development. AI never conducts sessions, provides recommendations, or makes assessments without human analysis and oversight.
Implementation Support
We use AI tools to demonstrate human-first AI practices and develop implementation assets (prompts, pathways, toolkits) that clients can deploy in their own work. Amplify Hub is built on this principle.
Data Protection in AI Use
We do not input the following into AI systems without explicit consent and appropriate safeguards:
- Confidential business data
- Personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary
- Trade secrets or proprietary information belonging to clients
- Information covered by non-disclosure agreements
When using AI with client context, we:
- Use the minimum necessary information
- Prefer tools with strong data protection policies
- Avoid free-tier tools for confidential work
- Inform clients when AI is involved in processing their information
Tools We Use
- Large Language Models: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google)
- Transcription: Fathom
- Productivity: Notion AI, integrated email features
- Content Production: Descript, Canva
Transparency Standards
We disclose when AI has been used in developing materials, conducting research, or supporting delivery. We do not present AI-generated work as exclusively human-created.
Published content is human-reviewed and reflects genuine expertise and lived experience. Marketing materials do not fabricate testimonials, results, or endorsements.
Quality Commitments
- All AI-assisted work receives human review before delivery or publication
- Factual claims are verified independently of AI output
- Uncertainty is acknowledged rather than masked by AI-generated confidence
- Errors are corrected promptly and transparently
Your Rights
If you are a client, programme participant, or subscriber, you may:
- Ask how AI has been used in any work or communication involving you
- Request limitations on AI processing of your information
- Raise concerns at any time about our AI practices
We will respond promptly and in good faith. Contact us at hello@amplifyintelligence.io.
Changes to This Policy
This policy is reviewed regularly and updated as our practices and the AI landscape evolve. Material changes will be communicated to clients and subscribers.
